Connect to the flow (morning warm-up)

This is a morning 30-minute warm-up activity that helps you to wake up all parts of your body, connect to yourself and start the day feeling relaxed and in peace, with the intention of the day on your mind.

It has two parts:
  • Qigong exercise: Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade (about 20 minutes)
  • Short meditation exercise: setting the intention (about 5 - 10 minutes)

Each part focuses on a different technique and different parts of you. Also, each part uses a different way to work with it.

Once you've completed both exercises, note down how you feel / draw a picture of it.
