Explore the latest innovations in education, capacity building, and community engagement. During this event, Curaçao will kickstart its annual SDG week, and we're excited to announce a special session on 'Skills Development as an Accelerator for the SDG Roadmap of Curaçao.' The People Pillar of the SDG Secretariat Curaçao, in collaboration with Curaçao Island of Learning and partners from the project 21st Century Skills in Curaçao Island of Learning, will provide valuable insights, tools, tips, and tricks on how your organisation can contribute to our SDG roadmap.
The Skills development as an accelerator for the Curaçao SDG-road map 🌴✨event is divided into two enriching parts:
Are you an educator? The second part is designed with you in mind! Immerse yourself in a comprehensive training session dedicated to mastering the Curaçao Island of Learning platform. Explore the platform's ins and outs of incorporating these outputs directly into your educational initiatives.
The event will feature distinguished presenters, including the Honourable Minister President of Curaçao, Gilmar Pisas, and Nicole Bella, a renowned demographer and senior statistician, who also serves as a policy analyst in education at UNESCO.
We plan to target adult education providers, representatives of the relevant governmental authorities, associations, participants of the learning programme, media, representatives of the EU desk and Erasmus+ National Agencies (Youth and Formal and Adult Education).
The Multiplier event will allow for reaching a relative broad audience (conference part) with an adequate message and multiplying results during the training and substantive part for a group of adult learning providers who can potentially use the intellectual outputs and experience accumulated during the project.
