SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic GrowthThe United Nations recognize this eighth "Sustainable Development Goal" as a must te get prosperity for all. The target is that EVERYONE will have access to decent work and that economies will grow sustainably by 2030.

Decent work means having a job that is fair, safe, and pays enough to live on, while economic growth means that the economy creates more jobs and opportunities for all.

Governments must make sure that there are jobs for everyone, that workplaces are safe, and that the economy grows in ways that benefit everyone.

Everybody has the right to work, to earn a fair wage, and to have opportunities for a better life.

SDG 8 in CuraçaoCreating good jobs and growing the economy are important goals in Curaçao. The island is working to develop new industries, support small businesses, and attract investment. The aim is to build a strong economy that provides good jobs for everyone.
