In this visit we were hosted by the team of the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort that focuses on the human resource development and personnel training within the hotel and casino. 
﻿
In line with the Renaissance Wind Creek standards, the team leads a skills development and acknowledgement program for based on the core values of the organization where the culture is based on the hands-on and in-depth education, learning and training facilities and programs in an active hotel environment where learners are in continuous development while being immersed in the principles and reality of hospitality and cultural initiatives on the island.
