The playlist verifies the manager’s capacity to allocate staff hours, manage local hardware resources, align youth-led frameworks (like Netiquette) with internal child protection policies, monitor internal timelines during testing, and sign off on internal evaluation reports and replicable methods to build long-term organisational capacity.
Assessment & Verification: The complete strategic management portfolio, including budget approvals, safety audits, data-compliance reviews, and program scaling recommendations, has been verified by the Coordinator of the Virtual Youth Exchange.
