What you need to do:
Step 1: Review the internal timeline to ensure your youth work team has adequate session hours for simulation and reflection.
Step 2: Ensure the youth centre’s technical setup is fully available for the simulated player sessions.
Step 3: Review the internal progress reports from your staff to ensure the local activities run smoothly and safely within the centre.
Step 4: Sign off on the local readiness review, confirming that your centre's project components meet internal guidelines for the upcoming final phase.
