What you need to do:
Step 1: Guide your local group into the simulation environment, helping them transition from builders to active visitors.
Step 2: Facilitate reflection sessions where young people discuss the cultural themes and identities represented on the server.
Step 3: Support your group in communicating constructively and respectfully with their international peers during the review.
Step 4: Help the young people compile their final ideas for adjustments based on what they learned from the dialogue.
