Step 1: Ensure the local youth centre's hardware and network remain stable and accessible to support heavy data usage during multi-user Roblox Studio sessions.
Step 2: Coordinate building schedules with the international project partners to ensure local youth workers and young people have dedicated time to create together on the server.
Step 3: Oversee the local tracking of the project's progress, ensuring the group's 3D builds are ready for the final international exhibition phase.
Step 4: Review the implementation of the project's non-formal learning goals, ensuring the digital skills gained by the youth are recorded.
