Digital Youth Work Facilitator – Onboarding & Support
This badge proves that the youth worker can successfully guide and support young people during their first entry into an international virtual exchange. Instead of managing the technical backend, the holder focuses entirely on helping their local group log in safely, navigate the controls, and connect confidently with their International Youth Exchange peers.
The badge is part of the international exchange project "Co-Creating Virtual Youth Spaces in Roblox" and verified by the project's International Youth Exchange Coordinator.

What you need to do:
Step 1: Help your local young people set up their profiles safely, ensuring they use appropriate usernames and strict privacy settings before joining.
Step 2: Guide your group through their first entrance into the private server created by the project coordinator, making sure everyone receives and accepts their invitation.
Step 3: Walk your young people through the basic device controls (using the printable cheat sheet) so they can move, look around, and interact comfortably.
Step 4: Facilitate the welcome session on the server, supporting your youth to send their first international greetings and connect positively with the other groups.
