Core Qualities Awareness
The badge earner explored team dynamics by analysing core qualities, challenges, and interactions within a trainer team using the Core Quality Quadrant approach. They reflected on how individual and collective attitudes influence collaboration, communication, and potential tensions in teamwork.
Through this process, the badge earner developed awareness of how strengths can become challenges, then pushed to extremes, recognised differences within the team, and identified ways to use diversity as a resource for more effective cooperation.
To get this badge, trainer:
- Reflected on their own core qualities and how these influence teamwork;
- Explored how individual qualities can lead to challenges, pitfalls, and tensions;
- Participated in team discussions to analyse similarities, differences, and complementarities;
- Applied the Core Quality Quadrant logic to understand team dynamics and interactions
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers working internationally.
