The following checklist includes essential information that may be helpful when organising a youth exchange project. You can also find some useful tips and hints on what is important during this phase.
Confirm with your National Agency significant project changes, e.g. if a partner cancels, the size of your group reduces or any major change is introduced.If any of the project implementation dates need to be pushed further back, contact your National Agency to ask for the extension of the project period.Use the recommended template for your participants’ list. Collect the necessary information and signatures of all participating young people and group leaders.Support young people in writing down their learning experiences and ideas in Youthpass and encourage them to share it with all.Divide sections of the report with your partners and agree on what needs to be done to complete the final report.Make a copy of the checklist and use it to follow the necessary requirements to prepare for a youth exchange.
